Detox, Health and Yoga Retreat

In our fasting detoxification programs we use primarily organically grown fruits and vegetable.  To further cleanse the large intestine we have the “Clysmatic” which is similar to gravity colonic. This is done twice a day.

The fasting program starts 7.30 am with lemon tea and yoga and finishes at 8.pm with evening meditation.  During the fast, juices herbs and powders are taken 3 times a day with a broth in the evening. 

There are optional treatments with excellent therapists at an extra cost

Deep tissue massage, Thai yoga massage, Ayuveda Abhyanga massage, hot stone massage, herbal stamp massage, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, Shiatsu, acupuncture, crystal bed, Bicom, Physiospect, Allergy testing – from €65 to €100 per session

We have a maximum of 15 people in each group
The programs run for 7, 10 or 14 days
