4 day yoga retreat - September 20th - 24th - 2012 Only £495.00 per person
The Venue
Set amidst its own vineyards, almond trees, fig trees and olive groves, this wonderful set of three recently renovated houses is situated 3000 feet above sea level on a south facing mountain slope. The grounds are secluded, totally unaffected by neighbours, with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada, the Mediterranean and occasionally Africa. The temperature this time of year is normally mid-twenties daytime and high teens in the evenings, making it perfect for yoga and relaxing.
The Retreats
There will be a minimum of two yoga sessions per day, aimed at a mixed level of yoga practitioners. Yoga and relaxation is the focus of this retreat, but there will be excursions arranged to local sights and the coast, depending on interest. Alternatively, you may just wish to spend your spare time chilling by the pool with a book. Massage will be available upon request.
The grounds have a large swimming pool, a full size tennis court and a boules pitch. This place is often used by painters for its exceptional beauty and the area is perfect for walks or just to sit and indulge in the tranquility away from the daily hustle. There are also several good beaches within half an hour or so by car and there is full WIFI cover/ Internet access for those who need to stay in touch with the rest of the world.
The food will be home cooked vegetarian, but fish dishes will also be served as an option. Locally produced wine will be available and is included in the price.
