A weekend yoga retreat with Jean Hall and Liz Lark held at the breath taking country estate Oxon Hoath. It's just a hour or so from London so why not join us for a great weekend of yoga, relaxation, gorgeous countryside, fresh air and warm company?

The Programme:    
                   
The yoga retreat begins on Friday early evening with the first yoga class at 6 - 7.30pm.
The yoga class will be a flowing form&will be followed by supper at 8pm.
On Saturday there will be a yoga class from 8.30 until 9.30am then breakfast. At 11.15am-1.15pm there will 2 yoga classes running concurrently: a beginners&an intermediate.
Both will be invigorating, cleansing&astanga based. At 1.30pm lunch will be served.
At 5.30-7.30pm there will be an early evening soft hatha yoga class introducing pranayama (breathing practices) & yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Supper at 8pm.

On Sunday at 7.30-8.30am there will be an early morning yoga with pranayama, meditation & asanas. From 8.30-9.30am breakfast.
At 11.15am -1.15pm  2 yoga classes will run concurrently: beginners & intermediate astanga based.
At 1.30pm Sunday lunch will be served. 3.30-4pm informal goodbyes with tea & cake!

Massage & body work treatments will be available throughout the weekend from fully qualified therapists… Please note these treatments are offered at £50 per session.


The teachers, Jean and Liz are both qualified and experienced yoga teachers having studied yoga in India, New York, London & Crete.
They met whilst studying Masters Degrees in Performing Arts & now teach & work creatively together & individually in London & internationally.
As we are two teachers it allows for all levels of practice to be accommodated… beginners to advance are welcome.
Accommodation:
Oxon Hoath is a ancient country estate surrounded by 73 acres of private, enchanting & tranquil gardens & woodlands. It was built over 600 years ago by Sir John Culpepper as a royal park for deer & oxen. Today it still retains its timeless magic as a retreat centre.
Cuisine: will be vegetarian & mostly organic. Special diets can only be catered for if 7 days notice is given.
