The gardens are exceptional in their variety of form and colour and are well worth exploring. There are specimen trees and plants from alover the world, including Australia, South America, South Africa, China and Japan.
Fresh seasonal produce is always available for guests. There is a citrus orchard, a tropical fruit orchard and a garden fruit orchard including grapes, peaches,
bananas, avocados, guavas and figs to name but a few, as well as an extensive variety of salads, vegetables and herbs. There are also many young and ancient olive trees, one of which is 1000 years old, and they supply the finca with over 70 litres of olive oil per annum.

- A spacious Moroccan tent with removable sides providing shelter or shade all year round. It has a beautiful arabic tiled floor, also 10m by 6m.
- There is a large circular bar and barbecue area, toilets and shower - It can be adapted to be used as a luxurious camping facility.
